Never leave your Cup or resin items in extreme environments such as in a hot/cold vehicle. If dropped these can break.LEAD TIME - Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1-3 weeks depending on size and design complexity. You will be notified before payment if your order will take longer than 3 weeks.SHIPPING - Shipping is offered through USPS and can take between 2-9 days to be received. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. The shipping cost is added during checkout. Alternatively, you can schedule a pick up in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area or the Pensacola Florida area. This must be approved and agreed to ahead of purchase. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on handmade or custom orders.
