No two items will be identical!!! These cups should NEVER be washed in the dishwasher or soaked for extended periods of time. Handwash only. Never leave your Cup or resin items in extreme environments such as in a hot/cold vehicle. If dropped these can break.LEAD TIME - Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1-3 weeks depending on size and design complexity. You will be notified before payment if your order will take longer than 3 weeks.SHIPPING - Shipping is offered through USPS and can take between 2-9 days to be received. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. The shipping cost is added during checkout. Alternatively, you can schedule a pick up in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area or the Pensacola Florida area. This must be approved and agreed to ahead of purchase. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on handmade or custom orders. If you are not happy with your order please email 2kraftybeaches@gmail.com and we will work with you to come to an agreement. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out.
